I think most reloaders have developed new case designs that would never fit a chamber! That's how come you got so many correct replies

here a weird bit of a tip for you (yeah yeah I know thats what the leaper said to the hooker) I wanted to give my .222 rem brass a bit of a trim to length...but only have a .223 lee trimmer...

And run a case without projectile up into the die to see what it feels like ie any resistance. Beautiful cases :-) after going thru your die... Nicely chamfered too.

I assume your seating die is screwed in too far and you're crimping before your projectile is fully seated. If you must crimp do it in a separate step. Unscrew your seating die out a few turns and...
