the 130grn sst has reputation for being on the light side on bigger deer.....personaly I would stick with your 145s and buy a couple of sample packs of partitions...if they will group well for you...

I think you know the answer, go the the 145ELD-X with its higher BC if you want a 600yd load, the SST would probably be ok to 500 on a calm day, it’s bc is only .46

Speer also make a 7mm Hot-Cor 160gr. I use those for sub-sonic loads. Nothing wrong with a heavy, chunky bullet for bush-hobbiting.
