    Yep I had my 30/06 opened up to 7mm mag. You will probably need to replace the extractor with a sako style too though.

    71-72gr 2217 with a 162gr projectile is a pretty common load. 67 with a 154 is a light load. You should be getting close to 3100fps with a 154 in a 24” barrel.
