YouTube is somewhat self-selecting. It's easier to film long range hunting than bush stalking (just my opinion).

Great idea! I mince venison off cuts and freeze those for the dog, once I've processed the human food. I don't mince possum or rabbit, but do cut it up into wee bits and freeze sometimes.
