The way I see it.... If you don't want it to run take out the front shoulder/leg I guess that's in line with tahr saying hit bone. Better to loose a front leg than a whole deer. This is the problem...

I've had a rifle with a crown cut like that and I should mention that it is to this day the most accurate rifle I've ever owned. If the rifles shoots good, keep it, otherwise have someone crown it...

Decided I needed another project the other day, and I'd bought a mauser fibreglass stock mould off a member here. Bought a Howa barrelled action (they can sell them new like that) stripped away the...

Hell no, waste of a good .270 when people shorten the barrel and put 'suppressors' on them. A .270 deserves a proper 24 inch barrel. 22 inches will do but not less that's for sure. This fad for...

...and don't use fillers with Trail Boss as it's not position sensitive. Does not have to be stuffed back up against the primer hole.

Stop drilling out flash holes and there is no need for Magnum primers you are not tried to ignite coal, If standard primers will ignite 46.00 grains of 2206H why won't they work with Trail Boss...
