what a load of crap......I shot 2 big red hinds last year with 140grn sp from the .270 both were shot at 300-350 yards both fell over after a shot death run...I lost about a cup full of meat off...

I have heard of people using rice as a tumbling media. Think I tried it myself, but can't remember how it went. Best not to use it in a rissotto or anything else afterwards though:)
