As long as the rounds chamber freely you are ok, cases spring back a few thou after firing if they didn't they would stick in the chamber, The problem with sizing dies is that they size the necks...

I've had a rifle with a crown cut like that and I should mention that it is to this day the most accurate rifle I've ever owned. If the rifles shoots good, keep it, otherwise have someone crown it...
