Mine has never hiccuped as far as I remember. A welcome change from my old Stirling 20P shell bender.

This evenings walk around edges of some Otago vineyards. 11 misses, 4 unconfirmed kills, 18 confirmed kills. Not a fantastic shots to kill ratio but I'm slowly improving. 125510

Either one will kill stuff, the 3-9 will give you a slight advantage in FOV on 3x, My Mini Howa wears a 1.5-6x40mm. You can shoot very small groups with a 3x or 4x scope, as long as the glass is...

Marlin 795 a basic little semiauto with an excellent micro-groove barrel. They shoot very well - most ducking just under 0.5" for 5 shot groups at 50m at best, and averaging not much above that. ...

Modern safetys are more reliable than the older ones. Just like modern rifles are generally more accurate. Mechanical safeties work in addition to the one between your ears and the one on your hand...

Me three except that I'm a bit slower and it took nearly 40 years to make the switch. I'm now with the whole rest of the entire world that uses a safety as it was intended . . . .

You can lock the bolt in the closed position with the safety which will achieve the same result and be less of a pointless exercise
