Tape my suppressor same as did barrel for same reason...its NOT for rain...its for twigs n crap..and if you do the unthinkable and poke barrel into dirt...you dont do a core sample....

Just got home. 9 possums & 8 bunnies/hares. Probably saw another 5 of each that bolted before I could shoot. Rabbits were very hard to see in the long grass and were couching quite low.

I run a DPT (MK1) with just one baffle on my 20” Howa mini. Works perfectly fine, which is to reduce muzzle blast to a level that doesn’t bother my ears.

Might have to take it up to the range and try different configurations and see what's acceptable. Have 20" barrel but feels too long with full suppressor, might think of docking it to 18"
