MD, H4831 or AR2213 either original or SC are not the same as DuPont IMR4831. IMR 4831 is slightly quicker in burn rate.

Have a look through one. Clarity will be greatly improved. Better Eyebox also. Will be chalk and cheese. I rate the 4-14x40 as a average scope. HD5 is a big step up.

You will get everything you need at Bunnings. Drill, tap bolt, washers. Brass is soft so a shifter is ok to work the tap. Put the bolt through the washers and a socket to pull the case.

I normally use the "pre ai" factory cartridge load with a cup and core at paper, but you will find guys using small amounts of shotgun powder with wads of various material, cream of wheat etc.
