Short answer is no but... You can make a neck sizer die with a finishing chamber reamer. You need to machine the top out to accept neck bushes. Reamers can be ordered in 3 sizes, rougher, finisher...

How do you find it compared to Fraser's Kahles in the background? A little different in terms of weight obviously and the Kahles being 34mm, but optics and turrets etc?

I’d 100% be going with Lapua or Starline SR primer brass Seventenths. Much stronger, lasts forever. Heaps of stuff on the interweb to read about that.
