   Short answer is no but... You can make a neck sizer die with a finishing chamber reamer. You need to machine the top out to accept neck bushes. Reamers can be ordered in 3 sizes, rougher, finisher...

   I have not attempted any kills beyond 400m, but the theoretical max distance for the popular 143gr ELD-X projectiles is no more than 800m. Hornady recon that the ELD-X projectile will still expand...
