Yup. Would just pay to email the PRS. But generally spectators are encouraged. You’ll likely be offered a chance to shoot a competitors rifle after the match too.

Stick it in cordless drill and lightly sand back the edges...as long as you don't make fattest bit skinnier it will still size the same but will be MUCH smoother to use.
