    pet owners are much like parents ... some of them train their dogs , look after them, etc etc , and others quite obviously just dont give a shit. Same attitude as you see with your childrens...

    Holy crap, 2 weeks is a loooong time with new gear that you have not tested before :o Try to go for a overnight trip before and at least get your pack, shelter etc sorted.
