Uphill and downhill is the same shot goes high. It travels less horizontal distance across gravity so the drop is equal to the horisontal distance. (extremely simplified)

Each to their own folks! Those 12 twist don't like the heavier rounds in my experience, but the sweet spot is the 55 gr. Both the hornady soft point and OSA game king have been excellent in mine....
