Flying along today... 12697 Barrel sanded. Used cloth backed 180, 240, 320 and 400. Then wet-and-dry 600 and 1000. The initial 180 was lengthways, rest across (shoe shine).

Made some progress with the stock... 12618 Used a cabinet scraper to get all the old varnish and crap off. Spokeshave to clean up the sides - got a bit of tear-out, but still looks a lot better....
