But thats not how internal ballistics perform and the "engine driving the car to the end of the track" is the myth. With even the slowest powder the effect the burn has on the projectile is dropping...

So now you need to load up 5 with the same weight & 5 with random weights, several times, shoot them & see if there is a discernible difference in group size :)

I used the 50 gr V-Max in a 222 Rem for a while and found them very accurate and explosive. Rabbits were pretty messy after a direct hit at most ranges. I would be a bit worried about using them on...

1:8 would do well with all those weights I imagine. I've got a 20" 6.5CM Howa Alpine that I think is 1:8, I shoot 1/2 or better groups with 123 Amax's and thats with between 38gr and 42gr's of 2208...
