What scales are you using and are they calibrated? Might be a whole lot less powder going in than you think.

I would personally take it to gc in Chch and get them to look at it. From description it sounds like the sear is not making contact with the bolt. Has something come loose in the trigger or something...

Try the boltholder in Matamata. Probably won't have m1 but might have 1.6 or similar size imperial thread. They have an online store.

Took me a bit to like it too, to the point of ordering something different. Kept shooting it in the meantime and have grown to like it. I'm not a great shot but pretty happy with the way it shoots...

2560. Just looked through last session. Howa 20in. Stainless barrel with DPT suppressor. I got pretty much exactly the same from the sst's too.

Have seen 34 mm tube, 30mm rings.. was quite impressive that they'd actually got it done up
