The best way is to have your hundred yard zero smack on. Then with what info you have eg bc zero and estimated speed is to then shoot out to 600 then adjust so your hitting smack on your elevation....

There's an old doco on YT called deadly weapons, firearms and firepower. Towards the end of part 3 here (https://youtu.be/QlTSS-WFpkg) he does some brush testing and everything fairs pretty similarly.

Using a borescope is a bit like knowing how sausages are made. Some things you are better off not knowing about. If the sausages taste good then eat them. If the rifle shoots well then shoot it....

Definitely don't buy a Tikka. Why would you want an accurate rifle with a super smooth action for a reasonable price?
