    I never used to, but when I changed to ss pin tumbling to clean the brass I deprime before tumbling so that the primer pocket and flash hole get cleaned. Cant say that I have noticed any difference...

    Yes I always clean them, Lyman pocket cleaning tool. Its not a hard job so I do it every time. I haven't tested if it has any affect on accuracy but who cares its easy to do, so I do it.

    I do just always have , im picking maybe the primer sits better and ignites well running over a smooth surface rather than etched up.... thats not fact just my thinking

    134853 Howa 308 15inch, 168 amax at 2580 and factory core lokt for up close for now. Pretty solid at 4.1kg.
