I'm 25. I grew up in town mate. I've only been living on a farm the past few years. So yeah I don't have a country upbringing. It's absolutely worth the 3 hours I spend in traffic every day.

An addition to the gear list if you dont have one in your emergency kit would be a space/emergency blanket. They are those big shiny tin-foil things you see recovering people wrapped up in. Takes up...

Even when it was bloody freezing rain and sleet. goats under trees first pigs next sheep after that deer last in order of worsening conditions. This was all in paddocks tho.... even if wild stock....
