   Tikka. Optics is a harder call. Ideally minimum of 4x out to say 12x to 16x. Put 4 shots from from tikka t1x into 1/2 inch the other day. I was rapt. And surprised.

    You could try a second hand weaver classic. Just put a 4-16 x 42 (or 44?) on a 17 hmr and it’s not bad. Not swaro clear but good enough for a rimfire. Bought it for $300 in mint condition.
