   Also plenty of reloader 22 around but it sounds like a temp sensitive powder id be using 168amax and 162 eldm/x. Or 178eldm in the 308 but the 168 is very impressive i load it in a 16" and an 18" ...

   Be mindful of twist rate, the rem mag will be 9 1/2 twist which could be not quite enough for some of the long projectiles in the 170gr range (175 ELDX for example) & the mag length is a problem with...

    Duleys used federal premium 130gr tbt in their 270 superpig. Spoke to Greg and he said it outperforms 708s and 308s in shorter barrels if you are going factory ammo route.
