   Take a surfcasting rod plenty of good fishing along that coast. With a 4x4 you can get onto a few of the beaches good family stuff.

   Eeling in the small estuary at the north end of the beach after dark. Kids should love it. Take a torch and something to spear them with. Heaps of eels and the odd flounder too.
