Yep it's sold. For interest sake. I've just sold the scope alone for $2300, and rifle with everything minus scope for $3910. So a total of $6210 which I'm extremely happy with... And surprised to see...

I'm my opinion custom built rifles aren't really built around resale value either generally they are a personalised version of a similar factory rifle or in my case built for a caliber that isnt a...

I’m sure it’s possible with poor quality cleaning rods, aggressive solvents and poor processes, but I also think too many shooters baby their barrels. A brass or synthetic brush is much softer than...

Yep, you can shoot F-Open with .284. Some of the guys at the club have them. No muzzle breaks, suppressors allowed.

I found the 147gr ELDMs out shot the 143ge ELDX in both my creedmoor barrels and the .260Rem. Even though its heavier than the 140gr and 143gr I found the 147gr gets higher velocities before pressure...

Has to be the shot placement. No other explanation for it. Missed the shoulders / leg bone / hilar / heart... 99.9% guaranteed both shots would have been too far back. Doesn’t matter what regular...

Long action is much better option for 284. You can get away with SA, but probably end up single feeding the bigger high BC pills for long range and running a mag fit bush load for close up

Yeah I agree with what Flyblown says, I could easily see myself with a 6.5G for fun but wouldn't want to spend big bucks as I'm sure the novelty would war off --- a soft loaded .260 in a short...

Don’t do it. Some might want to bash me over the head with a skillet but I think you would be making a big mistake with a big-money build mate. My reasoning is that the 6.5 Grendel is a neat...

I agree about the forend but like the shape and feel of the wrist as it is. The rifle is already quite light so it's more about ergonomics than weight I think. Both the grendel and the 7.62 x39 are...

Looks good. Much nicer then the original. I agree it's pretty big and clunky for a little rifle
