Put one on the 7 Rem Mag and it made all the difference to the recoils. Much better.

I put one on my 300wsm and with a 24 inch barrel I didn't notice a difference. Shortened that rifle to 20 inches and tried the break, what a difference! It's nicer to shoot now than at 24 inches.
