Toby that is probably the dumbest plan ever. The Tikkas typically shoot OK. I don't know how Trueflight are going with barrels now but that sounds like an exercise in flushing money down the toilet....

A hunting jacket is quieter when moving, as the fabric feels more like cotton/velvet rather than nylon/gortex which makes a lot of noise when arms are waiving about and you are bush bashing etc...

Yip. Pretty sure I don't need to steel a knife field dressing an animal. I have a small diamond in my pouch though, only ever had a steel on my sheath when doing lots of animals in a day.
