   I too am using 49gr of N560, not quite getting that speed but it is a hot load! Reloader 22 is a performer in 6.5x55 but is rare as N560 atm AR2209 works well too, has a similar but slightly slower...

   I've had the exact same issue with the exact same rifle and caliber, shooting 55gr Hornady Frontier ammo. Took it to a reputable gunshop, they checked everything and suggested it's the ammo's fault.

   pan metal corporation..... it was a common fault with the early stuff from 25-30 years ago...... that stuff could well have been sitting that long of longer.... 99% sure another brand will not...
