   How much are you processing? A large fridge will handle a quartered animal unless it's substantial... Damn sight cheaper to run and obtain too.

   back when I was a milkman...Anchor trucks had to be replaced every 5?10?? years cant remember which now.... still reasonably new in truck terms and chiller units didnt really work that hard........

   Got a DPT off a forum member thanks team. The DPT I have with 7 baffles will move to the 17HMR when I get that and the 5 baffle one will go on the 22
