Agree re ffp, I haven’t encountered a downside or a bad reticle yet but I don’t have “old” eyes yet

If you shoot past point blank, you should try an FFP scope for a while to see if it works for you. I think they're a better solution than SFP. Particularly better for holding wind and...

251921 Sika vs 75gr eldm yesterday. Amazing the expansion even with a low muzzle velocity. At 20 odd yards no part of the bullet exited her head.

The 75eldm's are pretty violent on high speed impact, would have been about 3000fps impact velocity 251742 251744

Hunter_Nick Haven’t had a chance to use it on bigger critters yet but load development was a piece of cake, and the local hares and plovers don’t like it! Flick me a PM if you want info on load data...

Legacy Firearms. I am not sure of the rifle you refer to of Ron Spomer? I assume a Dakota M10 which Park west took over. ( not sure why they chose to throw away the ‘Dakota Brand’ which had...

You're absolutely correct if one is working in the confines of a 2.26" OAL standard SAAMI mag and that should be noted. If there is the ability to load out longer than 2.26" OAL, e.g. using a...

Being its important to be able to spot your own shots, IMO a 162 ELDM at a slower MV will probably be ideal. Its an awesome killer & most importantly is still very effective at very low speeds. If...
