Its caused by lack of annealing. I see it a bit with my 22-250, some cases are split in the neck and some show like yours.

Im pretty biased towards Kahles scopes for some reason, cant figure that out eh! Anyways I have a 1.5-6 Kahles on my 358NM, beautiful scopes to use, 30mm tube. Would look good on such a nice rifle.
