It's not rocket science,just use round/half round file and CAREFULLY remove material till it nearly fits then use fine sand paper to smooth it out... Or do as above has suggested.

You need to turn the bushing on a lathe to fit. DPT can do this for you, as could an engineering shop or home hobbyist. Just measure the barrel diameter at the point where the bushing will go.

Screw silencer on and mark where it comes to on the barrel without the bush. Take it off and measure the diameter of the barrel at that point where you'd expect the bush to sit. Approx 10mm further...
