And I've only ever shot lead through mine. CAS rules so thats just the way it is. Lead projectiles are much cheaper also

Yes reloading is the most economical way to shoot it, if you can find the brass. There is bound to be someone up that way who could load some ammo for you.

I will flag the 208gr or heavier. Will stick with the 150gr ones. And then leave it with the 8.5gr trail boss at 1040fps. Might have to modify slightly with cast projectiles but not by much if any

I carry the same. Whilst not ideal in summer, I carry some tracer rounds for signalling if I get lost. And aside from what people think, tampons are not good for wound management.
