    Bone it out and hang in pillow cases. Twist the top and fold down than tie a cord around to keep keep the flies out. Summer, I use a dry bag and submerge it in a creek.

    Bacteria love moisture so keep the meat dry and aired , trim off fecal and gut contamination , don't wash it , eels live in creeks so be careful , when cloth touches the meat it stops it cooling so...
