Just buy a separate heavy barrelled action of whatever caliber and action (Howa or Rem) and a separate TSPX chassis and bolt them together. Still a good deal.

Misses made me one out of an old jeans leg and filled it with polystyrene beads. Works mint and weighs about 50gr. Crushes down after about 3 years but just re-fill it. 100ltr $25 :)
