   You could start with data for the 150 grain bullet, reduce by 10 percent and work up. Or split the difference between 140 and 150 data, reduce by 10 percent and work up.

   In my experience with RL25 it’s a slightly faster burn rate than ADI 2225, and uses less powder. This is in 7mmRM, can’t help you with any 270wsm advice

    In my Allianz guide, RL25 data for .270 wsm 140 gn 69 gns for 3180 fps 150 gn 64 gns for 3050 fps We cases, cci 200 primers Start 3-4 grains below and work up in 1s on a case of that volume...

    Check out https://www.hodgdonreloading.com/reloading-data-center. Theres some load data for 270wsm with retumbo, which as pommy says is rebranded 2225..
