Once we as hunters start paying to hunt there will be no going back. The price will only keep going up and the average kiwi want be able to afford it. It will become a rich mans sport for the kiwi...

Being just to the right of Greg while spotlighting wallabies and hares I really appreciated Greg's brass catcher!

Barnes? No issues with penetration or weight retention with them even at high MVs.

Ah I see! An inside joke created by the 270 gang no doubt. Those that like a shit load more powder, noise, recoil, iffy accuracy and general fuss and bother to do the exact same job as the 7mm08. I...

Kiwi Greg liked post by veitnamcam On thread : How hard do you typically push your loads?
Another was apparently known to fill the case to the top, seat a projectile then pull it to get more powder in on top of the now compressed stuff!

Kiwi Greg liked post by stug On thread : How important is adjustable parallax in a short range scope?
Consistent cheek weld and no parallax is not a problem. I've just switched to a VX6 2-12x42 with no parallax adjustment. It wasn't too hard to shoot 0.6MOA group at 550yds.

Kiwi Greg liked post by Banana On thread : AR15 Buffers - 300 BLK
There are a multitude of potential reasons, and the answer is probably a little bit of all of them. An M16 BCG with a carbine buffer weighs around 14.6oz. Swapping out a 3oz carbine buffer for a...
