    old rule of thumb for black powder...equal VOLUMN powder and lead shot........ wee dab of nail varnish will hold better than wax. you need uncrimped case to fit in chamber with no resistance...

    You are over thinking this and not making much sense. Load your Brass Hulls in the usual mannor,place a over shot Wad and glue it in place with a Hot Glue Gun. You are going to have to resize...
