They are bloody hard to keep still if you want one for indicating deer. I’ve seen a few crossed ones that have been ok (blue merle x, and Kelpie x). It also gives them a bit of leg to see above shit....

Forgot to mention Also note the circular witness mark on the case head of both the 30-06 Springfield and the Norma .243. These could also be interpreted as a sign of pressure. Cheers Pete

Tim Below are three rounds with various degrees of flattened primers, all are hot loads yet all perform well in the Rifles they were loaded for with no other signs of over pressure....

Those primers look ok to me. Below are the worst I got in developing the 223Maximus. This was a 60gr bullet doing 3640fps, it felt fast when firing and I went home after that and took the rest...
