mad transplanted coaster living in chch for last thirty odd years.married twice4 adult children though lost a wee one at 4days old fathers day 1991. both wives desrve a bloody medal for ever puttin up with me.conatnkerous ,opinionated 58yrs old rising 59 ,but intensely bloody loyal to my friends who are forever puttin up with me.

    cyanide is not always instantaneous .it acts by blocking the ability of the blood streams red cells to attract /bind to haemaglobin =how you get your oxygen,but the actual blocking of this aint...
