    I really enjoy the young fella's vids on the Keeping It Wild channel you listed. Just seems a good, down to earth guy who doesn't need all the flash bush gear that so many regard as essential :)

    Went up the island yesterday, tried my normal gunard spot, nothing but sharks.....hauled some of the best cod I've seen for ten + years and some good paua. Talked to some guys fishing in Port Hardy...

    Has anyone had much success with adjusting the trigger? I know you can fiddle with replacing the spring and polishing. I am just wary of losing the case hardening It feels OK just seemed to shoot...

    They were hard to find this year. A lot of 1080 poison dropped in the area in the past 12 months which knocked out some of your usual spots. Most of these had to be dragged out on kids snow sleds...
