    Made a point of trying a leatherjacket recently. Easy to gut (just tear its head off and the gutz comes with it) but fiddly getting the fillets off and bugger all there. Having said that, it tasted...

    If I keep it I eat it or give it to someone that will. I do take skins guts and frames(clean) frozen back to sea to dump tho....no point putting it in landfill.
