   Our duck season finished 5th June, and every day since, there have been flocks of ducks flying over my house, quacking their fool heads off. Ah well - not long to go until next season:oh noes:

   Yep - had the gas cooker for a cookup of porridge for breakfast, so used the cooker to singe the birds up nice and clean. Aged for a couple of days in the fridge, then vac packed and into the freezer...

   Nah - these were just casual drive-ins. We heard a barrage of shots at the other end of the lagoon, and saw a bunch of swan lift off for a couple of hundred metres, so it was probably the same guys....

    Only returned fire with a verbal assault Maca49 . Fishing may be a little hohum now mate, although a bait cannon may prove to be interesting! We checked the decoys, and all the pellets had bounced...
