I looked at the different options and purchased a Sytong. It’s unbelievable and Ken is brilliant to deal with.

I suggest you consider the Sytong, i have looked through a few brands and went for this as it just blows everything else out of the water. XS03-35-LRF

I compared a Pard with my Sytong last night, albeit my sytong is a 50mm and the Pard smaller. There was no comparison looking for and identifying deer. Sytong about twice as good as the Pard.

Some 33 or 34 years ago, I bought a second hand scope, Brand name forgotten. Sportsman or true sport or something like that I think. I put it on my BRNO 22 and sighted it in at 25 yards. ...

Personally I wouldn't go for a cds. With paired ballistic apps these days that you can put a ballistic curve into they are just as fast as a cds. Range, get moa from range finder dial moa. This...

Bit of a hard ask to carry 20 kg with no conditioning and expect your shoulders to be fine. Toughen your shoulders up with a bit of weight prior

I use the applied ballistics custom curve and it matches the Hornady 4Dof app at 600m and only varies by .25moa at 1000m. I’ve validated the AP data at distance and it’s always bang on. I’m...

I'm getting 2745 fps with the 150g eldx with book max velocity (18" barrel) so that roughly tracks with black ferns experience above.

Not in 7 mm 08 but use it in 3006, 22 250, 243,303, 6.5x55 to name a few, I have read it’s very good in the 708. A versatile powder.

All right I'll say it if no one else will. 700 rounds of over max loads in a hot 7mm. 1.5mmof throat erosion and likely a rough throat as well. The barrel is likely poked and the lugs may be set back...
