I believe the areas around Lake Lyndon that were generally used for sighting in have been changed from being part of the open hunting areas to stop this. Best to play it safe and use one of ranges.

You're about spot on. Costs me around $3.50 kg to make unless I have to buy fat which adds roughly $2 a kg. Add in another 2 or bucks a kg for cheese if do a jalapeņo n cheese number.

Are you using the Geraldine butcher? Friends of mine all their private processing done there and I reckon they do a shit hot job even on the plain old beef or lamb sausages.
