   If it's a simple duplex you can use the thick part of the cross hair as a drop mark. You just have to find out what range works, but BDC reticles really are your friends.

    But it's 99 years old! Everyone knows old cartridges are no good. Look at the 6.5x55, 7x57, 3006, 303, 8x57, 375 H&H plus a heap more. Absolute rubbish .

    Well there is the .275 belted rimless Holland and Holland nitro magnum but it handled 170 plus bullets and being British it must be better.
