   Before turkeys were brought back to Europe from the americas peacocks filled the gap for a large upland bird so any European recipies for turkey probably started off for peacock originally.

   Find where they roost wait till dark then with a red filtered headlamp and a pair of loppers go and take your pick. I kid you not, the Mrs did this a few years ago when she got sick of waiting for me...

   Short answer it wont make any difference a long as they are std or match primers. Magnum primers are actually less brisant ( the technical term for the detonation characteristics of an explosive)...
