I have 37kg braid and use 100-120lb mono for trace as i find it is softer and easier to tie with thick lines. For softbaiting i have 6kg braid and 20lb fluro trace

I read a good review on facebook from a nz hunting site but buggered if i can find it now! The only flaw i think from memory was the standard glass scratches easily so he recommend that you purchase...

Te tapui is a perfect place to start walking for you then just flick kim an email at the te rapa doc office and she will sort you out a permit. There are deer in there, i know because ive spooked one...

It was a good headlight and reliable. After a adjustable zoom with good throw for hunting and around camp etc

I have only been in te miro and te tapui once each and both are patchy thick in places with lots of supplejack. Lots of peacocks, pheasants, cats and hares to spook. Only saw one very small animal...
