   is the second shot substantially quieter? first round pop is atmospthere in the suppressor flashing as the gas gets a boost of oxygen inside the suppressor might be that the suppressor is designed...

    keep your eye out for the bisley version of norinco in 7.62x39mm.......pretty darn similar to the blackout terminally and a hell of a lot cheaper to get yourself set up...for the sub 150yard shooting...

    I would try and find a 16 inch barrel lever action in a pistol cal or 30 30. A lot of fun and your boy would shoot 357 or 44 mag easy!
