You look at the timber dimensions of those S70 huts, then think that they have stood the rigours of weather 10 times worse than an Auckland gale, and are still standing 50 years later.:D

In my very limited experience I see more animals going solo. My hunting mate makes a lot of noise... Identify your target beyond all doubt because you never miss (right?) and I'll be missed.

Once they become worn they are less than useless. Them, bullers, mercators', torches with a penny in them (oldies will understand), orange plastic bivvy bags and Trapper Nelsons' all belong at Tepapa.
