    take out backstraps...remove silverskin....same as you do with venison....same method as skinning a trout fillet..... also leg meat....cut into cubes/chunks about 20mm ish..... stick in plastic bag...

    went n fed the ducks around my maimai yesterday arvo..the Mrs n I trolled around lake for a couple of hours...3 browns n 3 rainbows all between 2-4lb got to come home for dinner with us.... awesome...

    long time .270 user here......big fat heavy point n shoot bush load...150 grn partitions are simply awesome.....with a 130grn-140grn something for longer range and job is done..... take that...

    partitions are good...thats why they cost more...for sika......not needed really....maybe if hunting during the roar incase you get a not so good shot at a big stag...they have soft front to expand...
